We begin with an assessment and custom tailor your own unique, result-focussed exercise regime.
We begin with a package of 25 (twenty-five), 60-minute sessions to use as needed to get the results you want. All sessions are by appointment only.

AND are otherwise happy with your current trainer/training program.

FST sessions can be offered as a stand-alone service or as part of your Personal Training sessions for pain management, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, athletic performance, movement re-education, and wellness. All sessions are by appointment only.
