Your sessions at Phoenix Rising will be designed for you, and explained to you, in a logical way so you understand my intent and process. We will then add progress to the process to give you greater mobility, more energy, and optimal results.

Lisle lives up to his “evil trainer” nickname—he will make you WORK—but he will also make you laugh while doing it and get you the results you’re looking for. My sessions with him are always so fun and motivating, and I can feel them working and building strength, which was my goal.
