Not at all.  You might be surprised to learn most of my clients are 40+ and I've even worked with clients in their 80's!

do you only work with young fit people?

No because the purpose of training is to get you “in shape” while taking care of whatever injuries or imbalances that may have been holding you back from getting started.


Do I NEED TO GET IN SHAPE FIRST?

At PRPT the prices are non-negotiable, but we will work with you to find a payment schedule that works for you. We know that if you're not settled in your mind that this is the right decision for you, it will inhibit your results, and we want you to achieve the results you deserve. 



What if money is an issue?

All sessions are by appointment only.  That being said, we have the flexibility to work with almost any schedule. Bring your calendar or shift schedule and we will see what we can make happen for you.

I know that choosing a Personal Trainer can be a daunting task. You want knowledge, experience, understanding, and your trainer preferably not be an intimidating drill sergeant who yells at you (or maybe you do... we don't judge).
